Elissa Crerar, RN
Elissa brings over 30 years of experience treating patients with skilled hands and a kind heart. She performs chemical and mechanical peels, laser and IPL treatments, PRP hair rejuvenation therapy, micro-needling, Sylfirm, Morpheus, Fractora, Forma and Exilis radio frequency skin rejuvenation therapy. Elissa graduated from the nursing program at Quinnipiac College and currently practices as a post-anesthesia care unit nurse at Yale New Haven Hospital.
Favorite treatment: My favorite treatment is Sylfirm with exosomes. It treats my skin laxity, lines, and sunspots – I get a near-immediate brow lift! And no real downtime!
Heather DeMaio, RN
Heather joined Clarity with a background in medical aesthetics and a desire to expand her skillset. In her time here, she has added Injectable Specialist to her resume. She apprenticed with Kati (the BEST education you can receive in injectables) in addition to receiving her certification in Advanced Botox and Advanced Fillers from The Esthetic Skin Institute, the first and longest-running hands-on training course in advanced injectable treatments.
Favorite treatment: I love the effects of good chemical peel. I switch between Vitalize and Rejuvenize and my skin is baby soft once the peeling is complete.
Pamela Annunziato, Medical Assistant
Pam joined Clarity with 20 years of experience working as a medical assistant at a busy OB/GYN practice. Pam prepares rooms for each treatment, assists with procedures, maintains patient records, and reviews patient aftercare. For Pam, the most rewarding aspect of her job is the opportunity to provide a little extra support for our patients.
Pam is a certified instructor of Yoga and Pilates and also teaches spin and PiYo. She is most passionate about her private sessions working with seniors helping them regain their strength after post-physical therapy.
Favorite treatment: My eyes are my “thing” and Exilis treatment give me immediate brightness and it’s so soothing, like a hot stone massage.
Michelle Aynat-Bebon, Patient CARE COORDINATOR
Michelle works at the front desk assisting patients with scheduling appointments, benefit accounts, treatment questions, after-care instructions, and skincare products.
Michelle is the owner of her own freelance make-up artistry company and is available for life’s important events. One of her specialties is camouflaging the signs of aesthetic treatments. Have a makeup or beauty question? Don’t hesitate to ask!
Favorite treatment: I love Botox. It lasts long and I don’t look like I’ve had anything done. Plus, my makeup looks great after I get treated!
Gianna Hutchins, Social Media Assistant/Patient Care Coordinator
Gianna is a natural multi-tasker, filling a busy dual role as social media assistant and patient care coordinator.
Gianna loves music, photography, playing pool, and staying fit. She is certified in dotFIT, a science-based nutrition program and holds a bachelor’s degree from SCSU.
Favorite treatment: I just had dermaplaning on my face. My skin felt so smooth and my products absorb so well! I love it.
Lauren McCabe – Medical Assistant
The newest member of our team, Lauren works as a medical assistant prepping treatment rooms, assisting with procedures, and reviews patient aftercare.
Favorite treatment: I love filler. It helps balance out my face and gives me more projection where I need it. Plus, it always looks very natural and never over-done.
